Rip off. I want my money back!

I want to play this game, but there isnt enough time, or coins, to figure out how it "thinks"! Im stuck on a level. Cant get it - cant skip it - cant go forward - cant go back. I guess there is no option but to quit, and never come back!

I just paid for the easier game. About 5 pics in, it tosses me out to my home page! Cant get back in! I want a refund!! Do you read these?

You said that your a small company and value my input. Apparently not! No response, no way to get my money back, no improvement!
